Dakota Party will not market or sell your information to anyone for any reason. We use your information for managing your account, managing and maintaining orders. You may receive communications from us regarding site issues, order issues (status, shipping, issues etc.)
Although we fully expect to have items shown online available, due to unforeseen issues or inventory errors, we may not always have every item in stock. Should an issue arise on an order, we will promptly notify you and update you on the status of your order.
Please note that all images and descriptions may vary from actual products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dakota Party, any employee, agent, owner and company any issues regarding accuracy of our items. We work to ensure accuracy on our items and descriptions, but errors due happen. If an issue arises, please contact us to resolve the error.
It is our intent to promptly ship any in-stock items withing one (1) business day. Local Pickup usually will be available by the next business day. Customers should receive an email when an order is process and completed. Shipping and Local Pickup availability is only a guide. Dakota Party is not responsible if an order is not promptly shipped or readily available.
Dakota Party accepts refunds on unopened, new items with a valid receipt, with exceptions listed below, within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any return shipping on orders not returned in person to store location. Dakota Party reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
- Seasonal product may be returned up to 10 day prior to date or event. E.g. Christmas products may be returned up to December 15th.
- Not returnable or exchangeable (for hygiene reasons) Wearable items including, but not limited to: Wigs, hoisery, tights, tutus, masks (halloween or masquerade,) hats, boy shorts, undergarments, select costumes, edible items.
